Office Atmosphere

“The best model of giving work to new employees is to test their patience for 3 months without work, if they survive, humiliate them with the cheapest work they have ever done in their life and re-assess the situation after 1 year, if they survive, give them the most difficult task in the company, re-asses after 3years, if they survive, Bingo! You have got your new VP”

“Surely nobody worries about the new recruits in any company until the last of the remaining old ones are either exhausted or have left, and suddenly in 3 months, the new recruits are old ones and this is a vicious cycle”

“Customer Satisfaction is our motto, that’s why we retain only those customers who are satisfied with our delivery”

“We always do team work, only that the team is always me”

“Our Share price is going down and therefore we are firing the field engineers as a direct consequence and adding a Vice President – Strategy to strengthen the top management. Our management vision is always stay on Top”

“With this re-organization, we hope to recover lost ground. By that i mean personally get back the VP position”

“We believe we have an IP which directly beats every one of our competitors in principle and also adds tremendous value to customers while our share holders will stand to benefit the most and keep our employees happy, only that the IP is still in incubation and we hope it would reach the market soon”

“We have never worried about competition; we have so much to protect ourselves from the in-fighting”

“Let me introduce Jack, head of our brand new Data Centre, he drives all projects related to Data Centre in principle reporting to me, but taking all directions from my other subordinates who know nothing in Data Centre but are efficient in office politics and give me a very comfortable reporting”

“We have steadied our Customer Retention; nowadays we are able to retain customers who went away 2 years earlier”

Head of Software: The hypothesis surrounding this solution is a myth which existed around the previous version of an earlier release, what I am trying to say is the entire software needs a re-look
Head of Marketing: What does that to mean the customers to whom we have already sold it?
Head of Software: More money for us you drumhead! For all patches & fixes!!!!

"The business strategy in our company is a variable constant, what varies is the strategy, whats constant is that its fixed everytime"
